Mission:

As a Semi Conductor Expert you act as a link between Semiconductors Suppliers & the Design Team to transfer the news about new technologies, products, improvememnts and general information and other matters such as technical isues, claims,... etc. You support  any department (Product development, Quality, Purchasing, STA’s…) when a semiconductor is involved, mainly when a new seminconductor is launched and is intended to be included in the design, or at least is under consideration for any of the aforementioned departments

Responsibilities:

•  Control the semiconductor supplier in order to ensure the complying with the required standards and the fulfillment of the company requests in order to ensure a proper performance
• During serial life, act as the intermediary between the production plant and the sub-supplier to facilitate and promote the resolution of the detected non-conformities.
• Understanding the main features, and highlight the potential issues and problems, as well as training to the rest of the teams. 
•  Monitoring of PPAP for new components till finally validated
• Assure the applicability of the CSR related to Semiconductors in the Projects under development
• Technical Validation of the PCN (Part Change Notification) from Semiconductors Suppliers
• Publish in internal Newsletter information about new technologies, products, improvememnts and general information
•  Analisys of CSR of different customers and transfer it to DOORS tool
• Update in CONFLUENCE tool the status of the CSR analized

Requirements:

• Engineering degree  (Electronics or Mechanics / Automation and Industrial Electronics)
•  Experience in the automotive sector in a position equivalent to at least 3 years, experience in Support Technical Assistance for automitive suppliers and Knowledge of Semiconductor failure analysis incl. semiconductor physical analysis methods  
• Flexibility, Proactivity, Thoroughness, Analysis Ability, Independence, Teamwork
• Good communication skills
