Lead Solution Architect Sales and Operations (m/w/d)

Areas of responsibility:
- Management of the services, i.e. ensuring the proper specification of the services and the deliverables and monitoring the delivery of the services
- Develop close relationships with business stakeholders to define requirements and capture business needs in Sales & Operations
- Assess the risks of different solutions and prioritize competing business needs, working closely with colleagues
- Questions business needs to ensure IT solutions/services represent value for money
- Presenting solutions and cost estimates to IT management, business process owners and service owners to obtain approval or rejection for implementation
- Ensure solution governance standards are met by reviewing solutions provided by external partners
- Ensuring compliance with IT processes as well as policies, principles and guidelines
Your qualification profile:
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in business, technology or natural sciences or comparable training
- At least 10 years of experience in SAP consulting or in competence centers in the area of SAP S/4 HANA in the SD module - connected moldules are a plus
- Experience in the MM module with a focus on inventory management would be an additional advantage
- Strong project management skills with the ability to successfully integrate available resources
- SAP consulting or internal SAP competence center background
- Experience with SAP rollouts and template development and administration
- Extensive knowledge of integration with other IT systems
- Strong analytical and logical skills. Ability to independently create or modify business processes or work methods
- Experience in sales operations with SAP S/4 HANA or SAP ERP
- Deep understanding of Idocs and EDI integration in general in the context of 3PL integration
- Fluent written and spoken English and willingness to interact in an international environment
- High level of goal orientation and determination to achieve business value
- Strong focus on business and improvement. Ability to analyze and drive change/improvements. Ability to drive change, deal with change and shift gears with ease
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, coupled with self-confidence
