Job Description

Contact person for managers and employees for all personnel-related and labor law issues
Implementation of individual HR measures for a defined support area
Proactive advice and support for managers on all strategic and operational HR issues and change processes
Ensuring compliance with legal provisions and company regulations as well as processing and resolving labor law issues
Managing and coordinating recruitment together with the recruiting team and onboarding new employees
Trusting cooperation with the works council committees and the central HR service functions (Recruiting, Learning and Payroll)
Participation in conceptual and strategic topics as well as special projects

Qualifications

You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship with an additional qualification in HR or a relevant degree with a focus on HR management
You have already gained some relevant professional experience in HR management, ideally in a manufacturing company
You have good knowledge of individual and collective labor law
You are familiar with all common MS Office applications
Fluent German and good written and spoken English skills as well as a confident manner and a reliable and structured way of working round off your profile
