Human Resources Manager

LOCATION: Bamberg (Nuremberg area)| CONTRACT: Permanent, full time

Job Summary

As HR Manager you have a key role of enabling the development of our people, and managing the organizational backbone of all HR practices. The HR Manager should act as a HR business partner, supporting the implementation of the HR strategy and monitoring the results of the different initiatives. Together with his/her team he/she ensures effective systems for recruitment, employee training, compensation & benefits, career and succession planning, employee relations and personnel administration.

As HR Manager, your main tasks will be:

▪ Managing and agilizing existing HR processes to enable people to excel in their daily work and enable further growth and development

▪ Collaborating with the leads of all business units to identify individual and organizational development needs, define and execute actions

▪ Ensuring that atrain’s mission and objectives are clearly communicated and understood, which allows employees to find purpose in their work and roles

Your profile

▪ At least two years of HR experience with knowledge of German labor law

▪ Organizational and planning skills

▪ Fluent in German and English
