Assistant Customer Relations (m/w/d)

Your areas of responsibilities:
- Order processing via phone, email or EDI package
- Planning in deliveries and following up on logistics issues
- Supporting accounts payable and finance department
- Main contact for customers, key accounts and distribution partners
- Carry out administrative and organizational tasks
- Handle customer complaints and after sales complaints
Your profile of qualification:
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Experience in export
- Good to great MS office knowledge
- SAP/ERP knowledge preferred
- Good English command
- Excellent communication skills. Structured and well organized
- Highly motivated, Team player, Independent and to be able to work under pressure
