Wir entwickeln hochwertige Metallprodukte im Bereich Haus & Garten und vertreiben sie online über maßgeschneiderte E-Commerce-Lösungen. Du möchtest Theorie in Praxis verwandeln & dich im internationalen Vertrieb einbringen, dann unterstütze uns als Werkstudent:in w|m|d beim Ausbau unserer Ländermärkte in UK & Frankreich.

🔍 Deine Aufgaben

• Du unterstützt beim Ausbau unserer Vertriebsaktivitäten in UK und/oder Frankreich
• Du kommunizierst mit internationalen Kund:innen & beantwortest ihre Anfragen per Telefon, E-Mail und Chat
• Du unterstützt bei der kompetenten Produktberatung, Angebots- & Auftragsabwicklung, sowie bei der Auftragsbetreuung
• Du übernimmst eigene (Teil-)Projekte
• Du wirkst bei der Weiterentwicklung unserer internationalen Vertriebsstrategie mit
• Du lernst, wie echte Teamarbeit aussieht – mit Verantwortung & auf Augenhöhe
• Dich erwartet ein modernes Arbeitsumfeld mit digitalen Tools & einem hilfsbereiten, offenen Team

🧩 Das solltest du mitbringen

• Du bist Student:in im Bereich Wirtschaft, Kommunikation oder in einem vergleichbaren Studiengang
• Englisch- und/oder Französisch auf Muttersprachler-Niveau sind zwingende Voraussetzung
• Du bist kommunikationsstark & hast Freude am Austausch mit internationalen Kund:innen
• Du arbeitest zuverlässig, strukturiert & eigenständig
• Du bist mindestens 6 Monate verfügbar – gerne auch länger

Duration: at least 6 months |Location: Großheirath (Germany)

We develop high-quality metal products for the home & garden and sell them online via customised e-commerce solutions. If you want to put theory into practice & get involved in international sales, then support us as a working student (m/f/d) in expanding our markets in the UK & France.

🔍 What you’ll do

• You will support the expansion of our sales activities in the UK and/or France
• You will communicate with international customers & respond to their enquiries by telephone, email & chat
• You will provide expert product advice, assist with quotations & order processing, & provide order support
• You will take on your own (sub)projects
• You will contribute to the further development of our international sales strategy
• You will learn what real teamwork looks like – with responsibility & on an equal level
• You can expect a modern working environment with digital tools & a helpful, open team

🧩 What you bring

• You are a student in the field of economics, communication or a comparable degree programme
• Native-level English and/or French are mandatory requirements
• You have strong communication skills & enjoy interacting with international customers
• You are reliable, structured & able to work independently
• You are available for at least 6 months – longer is also welcome
